Zoe Laidler MFHT – Sports Massage Therapist since 2007

I qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2007. I feel privileged to have a job that I enjoy, my experience is varied as I work with a wide range of clients for various reasons including injuries, pre and post event, postural imbalances and maintenance treatments.

Over the years I have trained with some inspirational people and continue to do so to develop my knowledge and advance my techniques.

Sports Massage is the foundation of my therapy but additional qualifications in Dry cupping, Pilates and Kinesio taping to name a few has given me a range of skills which enable me to tailor a treatment to suit a client’s individual needs.

I use a range of methods and approaches to meet all client’s requirements I am continually amazed at how the body can respond to massage and benefit the mind.
